100% Sustainable Sachet Packaging
Our coated packaging material is made entirely from certified cellulose fibers, providing a truly sustainable alternative. Unlike the 5% non-compostable allowance permitted by the BMUV Packaging Act, our materials are free from all non-biological components. The coating is completely petrochemical-free, making it 100% ecological and compliant with the Single Use Plastic Directive (SUPD).

With a lightweight design of just 70 gsm, this fiber-based material minimizes waste while maintaining exceptional durability. It’s fully recyclable and biodegradable, with certification available through PTS, ensuring easy disposal in standard paper recycling streams.

Sealing sustainability into every sachet.

Our single-sided coated material offers excellent printability with a coating weight of up to 15g/m². Its heat-seal properties (coated-to-coated sealing) eliminate the need for adhesives, ensuring seamless processing on printing and flowpack machines. For enhanced heat sealability, a double-layer coating option is also available.

To protect moisture-sensitive products, we offer an optional MVTR (Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate) impregnation. This robust barrier helps maintain product freshness, prevent spoilage, and extend shelf life by controlling moisture transfer.

Designed for optimal performance, the material processes smoothly on packaging machines and is compatible with a variety of printers. For applications requiring enhanced surface properties, we offer a natural-based pre-impregnation option to improve paper softness.

Additionally, our material generates significantly less dust during processing, allowing printing machines to operate up to five times longer without cleaning compared to other market alternatives.
