Christophe Stevart is a seasoned leader in manufacturing operations, currently serving as the Site Director for Conwed’s facility in Genk, Belgium. With a career that began on the shop floor, Christophe has progressively advanced through various roles over more than 20 years, gathering extensive experience across multiple sectors, including chemicals, metals, food, and automotive.
Joining Mativ as a Plant Operations Manager three years ago marked a significant step in Christophe’s career. This new responsibility aligned with his ambitions and provided a platform to implement his passion for effective leadership and transformation.
